Welcome to Ted-API ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (api.ted-api.com) and our API aggregation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Ted-API provides a unified API gateway that allows developers to access multiple Large Language Models (LLMs) via a single interface using prepaid developer credits.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys. Any activity occurring under your account, whether authorized or not, is your sole responsibility.
You agree not to use our API for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to: generating illegal content, bypassing rate limits maliciously, attempting to reverse engineer the service, or violating the terms of the underlying AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
Services are billed on a prepaid basis. You purchase "Credits" which are consumed as you make API requests. Pricing for specific models is displayed in your dashboard and is subject to change. We use third-party payment processors (such as Creem) to handle transactions securely.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
